2025 Cummins DQCB 750kW Diesel Generator Set

This new 2025 Cummins DQCB diesel generator set is a high-capacity industrial standby power system engineered for commercial, municipal, and mission-critical emergency applications. The unit is rated 750 kW standby and 680 kW prime at 60 Hz, operating at 1,800 RPM, and produces 277/480V, three-phase power. It is powered by the heavy-duty Cummins QSK23-G7 diesel engine, delivering 1,220 horsepower at 1,800 RPM and designed for reliable stationary emergency service.

The generator is equipped with a permanent magnet generator (PMG) and a Cummins PowerCommand 2.3 digital control panel, providing full system monitoring, alarms, and protective shutdowns. Electrical output is delivered through a 1,200-amp, 100%-rated main line circuit breaker. The alternator is configured as a 4-wire, non-reconnectable machine.

This package is housed in a Level 2 sound-attenuated enclosure and mounted on a 1,500-gallon UL-142 sub-base fuel tank with secondary containment, supporting extended runtime and outdoor stationary installation. Cooling is provided by a high-ambient radiator rated for 50°C / 122°F operation. The unit also includes a coolant heater and a 10-amp battery charger (ships loose). Batteries and startup services are not included.

This generator is offered new with zero hours and includes a Cummins 2-year / 1,000-hour factory warranty. The package is UL 2200 listed and EPA Tier 2 certified for stationary emergency use.
