Cody grew up on a dairy farm and was exposed to real life on the job training from a young age working on agricultural machinery. After high school Cody joined the Marine Corp. where he served for four years. After his time in the Marine Core he started with an oil and gas maintenance company that helped refine his mechanical skills while giving him the opportunity to become proficient in maintenance and repair of hydraulic well fracturing systems. After two years Cody went to work for Total Energy Solutions in San Antonio, TX where he became a power generation technician. Cody’s experience with Caterpillar allowed him to become a level 3 factory trained technician capable of repairs on 3500 series engines, overhauls, voltage changes, generator replacements, breaker swaps and complex control repairs and upgrades.
