2004 Cummins DFLC 1250kW Diesel Generator Set

This 2004 Cummins DFLC diesel generator set is a heavy-duty industrial power package rated 1250 kW standby at 480V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 1800 RPM. Powered by the proven Cummins KTA50-G3 turbocharged diesel engine, this unit is designed for large commercial, utility, and industrial standby power applications.

The generator is configured as an open-skid industrial set and is equipped with a large skid-mounted external radiator, making it well suited for plant installations, custom enclosures, or containerized power projects. Power output is delivered through a reconnectable stator and protected by a Square D PowerPact RL 2000-amp main circuit breaker.

Controls are provided by a Cummins PowerCommand 2.0 digital control panel, offering system monitoring, diagnostics, and protective shutdowns. The package includes dual starter motors, jacket water heater, SENS EnerGenius automatic battery charger, dual air cleaners, and multi-stage Donaldson and Caterpillar fuel and lube filtration.

This unit has approximately 515 original operating hours and is UL listed for standby use (File AU3044). Overall dimensions are approximately 129” L x 91” W x 96” H. Fuel system is external, as this unit is supplied without a base tank.
