2023 CAT D500GC 500kW Diesel Generator Set

New Caterpillar C15 diesel generator set rated 500 kW standby / 455 kW prime, configured for 277/480V, 3-phase, 60 Hz operation. Powered by a CAT C15 engine producing 762 HP at 1800 RPM, this unit meets EPA Tier 2 emissions and is built for reliable standby and continuous-duty industrial applications.

This generator features a UL 2200-listed package with a GCCP 1.2 digital control panel for advanced monitoring, protection, and system control. The unit is equipped with an 800A main-line circuit breaker, 50°C (122°F) ambient-rated radiator, EnerGenius 10A battery charger, and engine coolant heater for dependable cold-weather starting and operation.
